2. Booking and Cancellation
All service bookings are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to book services in advance. Generally, a minimum of 24-48 hours' notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement or invoice. All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon completion of services or as per the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur interest charges or penalties as stipulated in the agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for our staff, including disclosing any potential hazards or fragile items. For certain services, clients may be required to move furniture or personal items to allow for effective cleaning. Access to the premises must be granted at the agreed-upon time.
5. Damage and Liability
PristineSweep Collective takes utmost care when providing services. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff during the provision of services, we will assess the situation and, if liable, will take appropriate steps to rectify the damage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
6. Customer Satisfaction
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion to allow us to address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the specific area without additional charge.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PristineSweep Collective or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. Amendments to Terms
PristineSweep Collective reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this online platform. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
